Sounds like pretty much everyone had a shitty new year. Can you really say you didn't expect it though? I mean this whole place is meant to fuck you up right?

I've got a question for these scientists though. What's up with dragging kids into all this shit? I get the whole re population thing, I get the whole bringing people here to do it thing, but why bring kids and shit? Why not just find a bunch of lovey dovey couples who are going to go screw like bunnies and make passels of babies for you? Instead you go and bring all these kids here and people who aren't useful for the whole repopulation theory. If you've got a lolita kink or something keep it to yourself and don't try to play dollies with us. I also get the whole peril breeds relationships, relationships breed babies and all that shit, but a lot of us have people back home. Why the hell would someone go after another person if they're in love with someone else?

On another note, if anyone can give any information on the whys and what happened with this place, that'd be great. Any history from what this place is all about to what the hell actually happened here would be great. I'm also thinking of starting ESL (English as a second language) classes. It should probably be Japanese instead, but I don't know Japanese and I hear it's harder to learn then English.

Oh, and we're finally going to the library to get some of the books. Taking as many as I can. Who else wants to come along. I want people who are actually going to do it, not just blow out hot air saying they're going to and then disappear when it comes time to go.

English is one of the hardest languages to learn if I remember correctly. It's such a hoge poge it makes it confusing for foreigners.

English and Japanese seem to be the most common languages, isn't that odd? Either way you might be pressed for students.

Just don't bother. If someone wants to learn English who needs to they'll say something. It also helps to know their native language in order to instruct.

However, I agree with your secondary point. The logical solution would be either to forgo the use of these communicators and meet in person when such matters must be discussed, if you doubts as to the privacy of locks.

Well, taking a look at the state of this place, I don't think newborn babies could survive. Who knows what sort of bacteria and viruses are floating around in the air? You know, things that we're all vaccinated against. And babies are more work and upkeep than a bunch of teenagers.

I think part of it's a zetta control variable. Consider: radian X and radian Y get together and procreate, thus creating radian Z. Radian Z does not fit into any alternate timeline or world, so the scientists can't get rid of it when they feel like it. It could have powers that they don't know of be4hand, and they won't be born chipped.
