Young lady, I realize there are things wrong with Cecil, I am not blind to that... but he is a dangerous boy. He has lived with you and Miss Furude for some time hasn't he? You knew what he did before did you not?

Yet he still hurt her.

I'm not blaming you or Miss Furude, but you are not capable to fix whatever is wrong with him. Though I'm not going to say we are either... but I would rather him in a place where he can't harm others than out where he can. We don't need any more trouble than there already is in this city.

Whether Miss Furude presses charges or not, he is a criminal, he is dangerous, and he won't be allowed to hurt anyone else again.

You say I didn't make tings better? The first time he killed people he didn't give a shit. This time, he cared. Cared. Not only that but he felt remorse. He won't do it again because he felt emotion about it this time. What you're doing now is exactly what they did before.

You promised me you'd make sure he was safe. You lied. If you wanted to keep him safe you'd let us take care of him. If you want to keep your promise then let me stay in the prison with him. If I'm there at least he won't get worse.

Just because he feels emotion doesn't mean he'll not kill again. Killers can feel emotion just fine. Some feel the emotion, the thrill of killing.

What if that's what he ends up feeling next time? Nether of us can tell what he's thinking. He is much smarter than we take him for... the fact that it was so easy to get the evidence we did against him is actually rather startling. I can't see him changing his ways because you want him to so badly, which seems to be the case here. He acts like a child but he's much more than that, I'm sure you can see this.

Do you really want someone who's taken the lives of many people here. Who's that unstable to be around you and the young girls you live with? He already was the cause of Miss Furude's death, even if he did not deal the killing blow. You can really protect someone who did that? Just because he felt remorse?

I know Cecil's brain better then you do. He's not just some kid, and this has nothing to do with what I want from Cecil. I accept him for who he is and what he did.

Yeah, he killed a whole lot of people. I know that. I also know that he may or may not stop, but will you? Just because killing is bad, are you going to stop? Doing it because you think it's right, that's bullshit. Killing is killing. Who says you couldn't have just walked away and let Rika eat Cecil? You didn't do it because you didn't want to do it. You're just as capable as he is of going either way. So are any of us, especially here.

Every single girl I live with is capable of taking care of themselves. Including Rika.
